Bejewel some pretty vases and fill them with pink and white flowers or baby sock roses for table centerpieces.
Make a baby shower banner with rhinestone lettering that says: It's a Girl!
Hang some mini silver wands from the ceiling with fishing line.
Buy a pink feather boa and a tiara for the mom-to-be to wear.
Use feather boas in place of garland and steamers.

Favors:
Rice Krispie Wands

Instructions:
Make a batch of Rice Krispie treats, double the recipe for about 20-24 favors. After you have mixed all the ingredients together, press evenly on to a baking sheet with sides. Let cool and firm up, then use a star shaped cookie cutter to cut out the stars. Carefully insert a long lollipop stick. I just gently twisted the stick back and forth until it was about an inch or two into the star.
Outline the stars with icing or melted chocolate and add sprinkles. I
used the candy melts by Wilton in a plastic bag with the tip cut off
and piped the melted candy on the wands. After the icing dries, put
them inside a treat bag and tie with a ribbon.
