For the entrees we have suggestions that are easy to prepare and serve to a group. Try to offer one or two meat entrees and a pasta dish. If you serve seafood, make sure to avoid fish that is high in mercury like shark, swordfish and tilefish because it is not recommended for pregnant women. Some fish choices low in mercury include salmon, shrimp, crab, and scallops. Make sure all meats and seafood are fully cooked.
