About Us

Hello everyone! My name is Amy, and I am the author and creator of Fun Baby Shower Ideas and More. I live in central Florida, and I love planning parties! I love parties of all kinds, but baby showers are my absolute favorite. Becoming a mother was the best thing to happen to me, and I love to help others celebrate their journey into motherhood. Not to mention that everything about babies is just too stinking cute!

When I am not busy planning some sort of party, I am usually searching for new ideas, trends or fun party crafts to add to this site. Baby showers have come a long way, and I hope to share some fun and modern baby shower ideas and inspiration to make your party a success.

My dream is to eventually become a full-time party planner. But for now, I have two young children at home. So, I am fullfilling my passion through this website until they are a little older.

My sister, Nicole, is also a contributor to this site. She has co-hosted several parties with me, helped come up with ideas, and helped out with many of the tutorials on this site- she can whip up some tissue poms in record time now ;-). I think she has also caught the party bug and maybe my future business partner.
